• Profile Details: For Coaches, this includes certifications, athletic specialties, and bios. For Customers, this includes activity preferences, skill levels, or parental/guardian contact details if registering a minor.
• Coach Billing Data: Because Coaches pay fees to use the platform, we collect relevant transaction details and billing information. Note: We do not store credit card numbers directly; all platform payments are processed by our secure third-party payment gateway.
• Customer Payment Data Exclusion: Hometown Sports does not collect, process, or store financial payment data (such as credit card or banking details) from Customers. Customers pay Coaches directly outside of or independently from the platform's core billing architecture.
• Usage and Device Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and details about how you navigate and interact with our application.

We use the collected data for the following operational and safety purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and optimize the Hometown Sports platform.
• To facilitate smooth event bookings and subscriptions.
• To process platform fee payments and subscriptions from Coaches.
• To send automated booking confirmations, account updates, and customer support messages.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity or terms violations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following necessary scenarios:

• Between Coaches and Customers: When a Customer subscribes to an activity, we share their name and registration details with the hosting Coach so they can manage the event attendance. Similarly, we display the Coach's profile details to Customers.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted infrastructure vendors who help run our web app, such as cloud hosting providers, database managers, and email delivery services.
• Legal and Regulatory Obligations: We may disclose your data if legally required to do so by local courts, law enforcement, or government regulations.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security protocols designed to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-based platform can guarantee 100% absolute security.
